What is direct primary care
Membership replaces copays and claim forms with one flat monthly fee. Fewer patients per doctor is what buys the longer visits and the faster access.
Standard visits run long enough to actually cover things. We keep our panel small on purpose, so you are not a seven minute appointment squeezed between twenty others.
You pay a flat membership. No copays at the desk, no surprise bill three weeks later, no wondering what a visit will cost before you book it.
When you are sick you get seen, usually the same day and often within hours. Getting care should not mean waiting three weeks for the next opening.
You get direct contact with your provider, not a phone tree. For most questions a text or a call settles it without a trip to the office.

We do not. That is what lets us keep pricing flat and appointments long. You are welcome to keep your insurance for care outside our office.
Membership is month to month. There is no long term commitment and you can cancel with notice.
Members get wholesale pricing, which is often dramatically less than retail. We tell you the cost before anything is ordered.
Chiropractic is offered in house by Dr. Elwira Kulawik. Ask us how it can be added to your membership.

Dr. Kulawik is board certified in Family Medicine and serves as medical director of the practice. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida with a BS in Microbiology and minors in Chemistry and Human Nutrition, then his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010.

David trained as a Physician Assistant in the US Army and served twelve years in the military. Alongside seeing patients he manages the office and leads the practice outreach.
Nurse Practitioner

Julie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner focused on primary care and weight management, with more than 27 years in healthcare including ten years as a Registered Nurse. She works from the whole picture of a patient's health, building plans around habits that hold up in real life rather than short term extremes, and pairs that with education and steady follow through.

Dr. Elwira Kulawik provides the practice in-house chiropractic care. Born in Szczecin, Poland, she studied Psychology and Russian at Syracuse University and completed a Bachelor of Science through the University of the State of New York.
